Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-02-04 • Applies to users in Canada. If you are in Québec, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by any provision below.

Introduction

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Qabodei Clean residential and commercial cleaning services within Canada. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Definitions

Client, you, or your refers to the person or entity booking or receiving services. We, us, our, or Qabodei Clean refers to the service provider. Services means the cleaning tasks, add-ons, and related work described at booking or confirmed in your order confirmation.

Eligibility & Territory

Services are available to individuals or entities in Canada who can form legally binding contracts in their province or territory. You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory. Some locations may be limited; availability is confirmed at booking.

Booking

Appointments are requested online or by phone. We provide arrival windows and confirm by email or SMS. You must provide accurate service address, access details, and any special instructions before the scheduled time.

Estimates & Scope

Quotes are based on information you provide and are estimates, not guarantees. If conditions differ materially (size, soil level, safety, access), we may adjust the price, time, or scope. Any change will be communicated for your approval before proceeding.

Access & Safety

You must ensure safe, lawful access to the premises during the arrival window. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe (hazardous materials, aggressive animals, lack of power/water). A no-access fee may apply if we cannot enter or begin work.

Payment

Prices are listed in CAD. Applicable taxes are determined by province/territory. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon service completion. We accept commonly used payment methods in Canada. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 2% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full appointment minimum to cover allocated resources. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling & Delays

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Weather, traffic, or unforeseen events may cause delays; we will notify you and offer the next available window without penalty. Time lost due to access delays may reduce the service time or incur additional charges if you elect to extend.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something is missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a reasonable re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover preferences outside the agreed scope or normal wear and tear.

Damage & Claims

Report any damage within 24 hours of service with clear details. We may request photos and access to inspect. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, fragile or unsecured items, or items not disclosed as high value.

Liability

Our team is insured. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Supplies & Equipment

We bring standard supplies and equipment suitable for common surfaces. If you request the use of your products or specialized tools, you assume responsibility for any result arising from their use when instructions are followed.

Pets & Special Items

Please secure pets for the duration of the appointment. We do not clean biohazardous materials. For antiques, artwork, or delicate items, inform us in advance so we can assess feasibility or exclude such items from the scope.

Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve services (such as contact information, service address, preferences, and transaction records). Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws. You can request access or correction to your personal information.

Accessibility

We strive to provide accessible services. If you require accommodation, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to meet your needs, subject to safety and feasibility.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health events, labour disputes, utility outages, or government actions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where services are performed and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For Québec consumers, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Québec law and public order consumer protections. Parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province/territory.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
